  Destinations with USPS Global Priority Service
The US Global Flat Rate Service fee is to be added to regular prices per copy (as stated above) as follows:
  Canada $20.00
  All other Destinations $24.00

Destinations without USPS Global Priority Service
For destinations without USPS Global Priority Mail Service, shipments will be sent through FedEx or DHL service. For shipping estimates and quotes see FedEx.com and DHL.com.

Orders of Two or More Books
  For international orders of two books or more contact Merl Publications for shipping rates.
